The current housemates are 4 friendly, clean and tidy professionals who enjoy sports and socialising - seeking someone like-minded to share our house. We are sociable people but if you're a private person, the house is big enough that you have more than enough space.

We are a minute away from the local bus stops, which take you either to the Mall or the city centre in less than half an hour, and are less than 10 minutes walk away from Shirehampton train station which can get you to Temple Meads in 25 minutes, via Clifton and Gloucester Road. Parking is on road parking and the centre is around a 15 minute drive, with easy access to the motorway also. We're also very close to the local village shops and amenities.

The house is a big terraced property, with central heating and a large communal living room. We have a decent sized kitchen and a garden perfect for summer BBQs. There's a downstairs bathroom which has a shower and bath and another toilet upstairs. We have BT Broadband, Sky TV and all bills are included in the price advertised. We also have a cleaner for communal areas once a fortnight which is included in the rent.
