Cozy tiny room available short term in Weston Super Mare., in well-equipped house, while owner is away temporarily from end of Feb. (27th Feb - 31st April). Close to bus routes, walking distance if you work at the Hospital and situated on a corner away from main roads. There is Wifi, bike storage. a large kitchen, lounge, conservatory (gym) and sunny back garden.
You will be sharing with three further housemates. The rooms are not available to couples.
The ideal housemate would be someone who is easy-going & respectful to others in a sharing environment; eg: keeping communal areas clean (especially the kitchen & bathroom after using) and noise at a minimum during sleeping hours.
All bills inclusive at £400 per month payable in advance of moving in. The Deposit is one month’s rent.
