Hello! We're looking for a fourth Housemate to join us in our LGBTQ+ friendly, neurodivergent friendly house in Speedwell - BS5.

The room is an unfurnished double, plenty of room for a double bed, storage and our previous housemate had a desk set up so they could work from the room. Rent is £350 a month and bills come to £113 a month. The move in date would be 16th November.
The house itself has two bedrooms on the second floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor, and a kitchen, toilet and living room on the ground floor. The living room is massive and currently has space for an enormous sofa and a dining table which doubles as a games table, with room to spare. There's a good sized to garden at the back of the house. The house is set back from the main road on a quiet mini row of 5 houses, and there are 3 dedicated parking spaces at the front. There are two big parks and a nature reserve nearby, and it's also only a short walk or cycle to the cycle path, so getting into the centre is pretty easy. There are two bus routes within a short walk too. We're about a ten minute walk from St George Park and the rest of St George.
We're not a party house but we are quite social and do hang out quite often, but we also all value our own space and privacy. We have film nights and board game nights and occasionally go to gigs together, and also enjoy going for walks together. We're ideally looking for a housemate around our age, and someone who chips in with household chores without being reminded. We really value clear communication and want to make a home rather than just a shared house :)

The people you would be moving in with are:
Rich is 29 and likes board games, football and music.
Georgi is 31 and works as a children's graphic designer mainly at the office. She enjoys rollerskating, swing dancing, gigs, comics, yoga.
Harry is 32 and works as a Software Developer, currently mostly working from home. He is trying to learn to skateboard, spends a lot of time at gigs and occasionally plays guitar.
