Hiya, I am looking for one or two people to rent the large double room in my house in Redfield. The house has a garden, large kitchen and separate living room and free on street parking. It is well located, five minutes walk to St George’s Park and the bike path, as well as buses into town and shops, bars and restaurants on Church road. There is an en suite bathroom which is shared with my room (which is odd but has always been fine!) I work in community development at a Sauna and a park charity, I work full time so I am out during the day. I am quite busy socialising and often out in the evening at gigs or exercising. Although I also like a chill evening in. I want the house vibe to be communal, friendly, clean and laid back. I’d love to have a debrief with a glass of wine at the end of the day or be creative together or watch a series and share the odd meals. I love gardening and making a space feel beautiful and welcoming for us all. I want the space to feel like home for whoever stays, having people over if they would like, smoking in the garden is fine and pets are welcome.
