Affordable double room available to single professionals at a property which is only 8 minutes drive from Cabot Circus and there is also Iceland store just a minute away. Most of the bills are included except WiFi and gas and electric which is paid on pay as you go meter.

The house currently has 3 professionals staying at the property and the room that is looking to be rented out is located downstairs next to the kitchen which will come with partly furnished with double bed but no wardrobe, there are 2 shared bathroom with bathtub and shower. There is a deposit of £150 that need to be paid before the move in date to secure the room.

Tenants will have full access to the kitchen, bathrooms and garden which are located on ground and first floor. This is a self clean property so it’s really important that all tenants in the property clean after themselves so other tenants can use the shared facilities.

There are families who live just next door to us so no in-house parties are permitted - a little chit chat is fine to socialise with housemates and guests are also permitted but that permission from the landlord needs to be made considering all will be professionals who have days jobs and there is also no living room so people who mainly prefer staying in their rooms rather than shared spaces apart from the kitchen. The tenant needs to provide a minimum of 1 year employment record and 6 months residency.

Unfortunately no pets are allowed in the property.
