Situated close to the fantastic food stores, pubs and restaurants on and near St Mark's Rd, lots of local beautiful parks and interesting walks, numerous bustling creative art hubs and transport connections in the form of Stapleton Rd train station, multiple local bus routes, the M32 and the Bristol to bath cycle path all means that Greenbank is a great place to live, work and play.

Rent is £750pcm including bills.

Would best suit working professional and/or mature/international student but I'm fairly open minded so all are welcome. There is one other lodger too.

Would consider weekdays only for the reduced rate of £540

Single occupancy only and no pets.
