I'm very sadly moving out of my West Hampstead flat which means we have a room (with it's own bathroom) available in an amazingly located flat situated on West End Lane, less than five minutes walk to the jubilee, overground and thameslink lines, and on the high street with lots of shops and cafes. The bedroom is a spacious double room with floor to ceiling cupboards and also benefits from its own bathroom with shower/ bath. The flat also has a large living room space with lots of light.
You will be sharing with one lovely female housemate who is a student at City University in London, and often studies during the day time hours but likes to relax in the evening.
We are looking for a young (24-35) year old friendly female, working or studying, who is tidy, clean and considerate and someone who enjoys a quiet living space.
The current tenancy agreement is valid until 21st August 2020.
