We have a furnished double room available to rent in our raised ground floor flat, which is located in a beautiful mansion block in Maida Vale.

2-minute walk from Maida Vale station (can get to Oxford Circus in ~10 mins). Close to shops and pubs, and there is a park with sports facilities right behind the building.

The room is quiet and bright with large windows and plenty of space. The flat has a shared kitchen and a large shared living room. Two bathrooms. Access to the private mansion block gardens and bike storage.

Sadly one of our flatmates has to leave in April, however, there is a possibility to negotiate a sooner move-in date if this was needed. The other two flatmates are a postgraduate student and a professional - both tidy, friendly and sociable.
