The flat: The flat is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat, situated on the second-floor of a beautiful mansion block in West Hampstead. There is a large open-plan lounge/ kitchen/ dining area. The kitchen has all mod cons including dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave etc. There is a washer/dryer in a separate utility cupboard. There is also another utility cupboard for storage. There is WIFI throughout.

The surrounding area: The flat is in the heart of West Hampstead. Although the flat is on a peaceful and safe, tree-lined residential street, the flat is only minutes away from the vibrant West End Lane, with all its lively independent restaurants, cafes, and bars. For nature lovers, Primrose Hill is approx. 25 minutes away walking - or 15 minutes away if you take the tube to Swiss Cottage. There is also Hampstead Heath and Hampstead Village, which are accessible via the Overground.

Transport links: The flat has excellent transport links, for getting around London, and leaving London. It is only 3 minutes from West Hampstead station (Jubilee line), 5 mins from West Hampstead Overground/ Thameslink (trains to Luton and Gatwick), and approx 10 mins from Finchley Road station (Jubilee and Metropolitan lines).

The flatmates: You would be sharing with two professional people (1 female and 1 male) working in Central London. This is a warm and friendly household, where housemates cook, eat, and chat together if they are around at the same time'. The housemates are also tidy, clean and respectful of each other.

The small print: The rent is £1,060 per month plus bills (approx. £130 - £150 per month). Rosario, our cleaner, comes once a week to clean throughout the flat.
