Hello there,
We are looking for a replacement for a double room in a big flat in a good location.
The target move-in date is as soon as possible.
The current rent is £565 pcm. The deposit for the room is £565. The rent will be further subsidised to £515 pcm till the end of the existing lease.
The existing lease is till Mar 10, 2021. It would be ideal if you are able to commit to Mar 2021 but you may leave earlier i. e. anytime at all before the lease's end as long as you give advance notice, make your room available for viewings, and find a replacement for the rest of your lease period. The lease can also be renewed so you can stay beyond Mar 2021.
The preference is for long term lets, but we are able to consider short lets for a few months. Simply reach out and possibilities can be discussed.
ABOUT THE AREA
We really love the Finchley Rd/Hampstead Area :)
It's a great area with cinemas, restaurants, good food, pubs, groceries, libraries, stores.. Pretty much everything you would need. The flat is just 5 mins walk to Finchley Rd underground station (Jubilee and Metropolitan Lines) and 6 mins walk to Hampstead underground station (Northern Line). There is also an overground rail (Finchley & Frognal) just 2 mins away giving you more transport options. And of course, there are a number of buses.
ABOUT THE FLAT
The place is currently a 5 bed flat with professional flatmates, although 1 is also a student.
The Room is a good size room which comes with a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk, a chair and a sink.
Overall, it's a really nice place with a massive living room and kitchen with big couches, a beautiful large garden round the back, 2 separate bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. It has a washing machine, dryer, dish washer, 2 large fridges and plenty of storage space.
There is a also a large parking place for the house to accommodate your car.
It is certainly worth a viewing!!!!
ABOUT BILLS
Very very affordable relative to other places in this area.
For 1 PERSON, bills are generally around £75 to £85 per month. Sometimes, it even gets lower than this.
Deposit is one's month's rent.
ABOUT CURRENT FLAT MATES
There are currently 4 other occupants including 2 veterinarians; 1 aspiring actor and 1 aspiring musician (and student). We are all social and pretty relaxed about things. Everyone has their own thing going on but we always catch up for friendly chats every now and then.
ABOUT YOU
We are not really that fussy. However, we would like someone who is friendly, reasonably clean when using common areas, is willing to assist with household duties when necessary and is organised enough to make relevant payments on time.
We prefer professionals but don't mind students as long as the students are willing to pay the COUNCIL TAX portion of the bills (about £40 per month for each room).
We are open to both males and females.
NEXT STEPS

A further in-person viewing may be arranged after this. Such viewings are preferable after 5:00 pm on weekdays or generally anytime on weekends. However, you may suggest another time and we will try to accommodate. We kindly request that those coming to do viewings plan to wear a face covering.
