Hi everyone!
I am looking for somebody to sublet a room in a 3-bedroom flat in Kilburn/Queens Park (NW6) during august and september.
The flat was renovated 2 years ago and spreads over three floors of a Victorian conversion. It comes furnished and has a bright living room, an amazing big roof terrace, a desk in every room and a dishwasher. Rooms are around 850 pounds/month (depending on room) and come furnished.
The flat is well connected, about 30 mins from UCL (by Overground) and a very short walk away from the shops and undergrounds of Kilburn and Queens Park. The area is calm and residential, with a lovely farmers market around the corner on weekends and trendy Salusbury Road and Queens park nearby.
