I have a beautiful double room to rent out in Zone 1.
5 min walk from Southwark and Waterloo, it's an amazing central location with two cute balconies - front and back - and great amenities.

I'm a 33 year old professional female who enjoys all the usual shizzle - going out, reading, music etc. But I have a particularly demanding job so although I live in the flat, I travel frequently, so it's likely you'd have a quite a few evenings to yourself.

I'm looking for someone who needs the room Mon-Fri is good humoured, clean and tidy. Unfortunately I can't do a 7 day rental, although it will be possible to stay the occasional weekend.

Deposit is one month's rent up front, with a notice period of one month.
