This is a double room for single occupancy in a bright top flat in an amazing central location.

The room is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair..
There is a lounge with lovely tanned leather three seater sofa, armchair, coffee table and footstool and a lovely view of the Shard.

The contract is very flexible. There is a minimum stay of only one month. After that you can leave anytime with only one month's notice. The house is rented directly by me, the landlord, so there are no nightmares with useless agencies or extra fees. I have been a landlord for over thirty years and it is my full time occupation so I can respond quickly to your needs.

Upon payment, your deposit is immediately protected by the Government Scheme, MyDeposits. You will be issued with a signed certificate which will give you peace of mind. If I run off to South America with some pretty girl (unlikely but I can dream!) or get run over by a bus (more likely but hopefully not), you will be able to get your deposit back. I always return deposits quickly and efficiently in full as soon as the keys are returned. All you need to do is give me one month’s notice and clean your room on departure.
