Hi guys,

Looking for some to take over my double room in Borough/Bermondsey (Zone 1) for a couple of months until April. Happy to offer a flexible arrangement on a month by month basis, with no deposit required.

The room is a cosy double room less than 10 minutes away from Borough and London Bridge stations, and about 8 mins away from Kings Guy Campus

It comes with a bed, drawers, a walking wardrobe, and the option of a desk (in the living room). There is also plenty more storage space indoors that is free for those with the smaller rooms to use.

The flat is very modern having just been refurbed. It has four bedrooms, a decent kitchen and two shared loos (one with toilet and one with bath aswell). The best room in the house however, is definitely the massive living room which leads onto our little garden.

The location is great being so close to Central London with great pubs, a Lidl and TESCO (200ms down the road), Greggs and many others just around the corner.

You’d be living with three young professionals (24-27). They are all pretty chilled and respectful of each other's lifestyle, schedules and preferences. This is not a party house, but we are quite sociable and are partial to the occasional get together.

The rent is £525 pcm. Bills are £80 including all amenities and Internet.

Unfortunately, in respect of the current corona virus situation I can only offer virtual viewings at the moment.
