I'm letting my room out as I'm going for a semester abroad.

The room is in a lovely two-storey flat with a living room, big kitchen, a garden, shared toilet and separate shared shower.

The flat is situated near Tabard Gardens, about a 7-minute walk away from Borough tube station and 10 minutes walk away from London Bridge station - perfect location! The bus stop on New Kent road is literally a 2-minute walk away and you'll make it to central in under 30 minutes.

The room that's looking for a new occupant is the only bedroom downstairs (privacy <3!) and the biggest bedroom in the house with a double bed, big wardrobe, armchair and a desk. It has big windows so the room gets a lot of natural light throughout the day.

The flat is shared with three girls who are all studying at King's College London (all second years, two of them are doing social sciences and one is doing neuroscience). They're all really friendly and sociable and make really good flatmates - we've all lived together since the beginning of our first year. We often go out on the weekends and like to cook and chill out together and occasionally have friends over so that's not a problem if you like having your friends or a partner over often. :) If you prefer privacy and alone time, that's fine as well of course and no one will force you to socialize. All of my flatmates are very chill and nice girls and get along with everyone. :)
