There is an amazing room available from 7th September, as I'm moving closer to work. Needless to say, the flat has a great location, 5 min walk from Elephant & Castle station, 3 min walk to Mercato Metropolitano.

FLAT:

It's a 2-bedroom flat with a small, but fully equipped kitchen (includes washing machine & dryer in one, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove). Additionally it's got amazing shared living room with extra shelves you can fill with books and travel souvenirs. There is also a bathroom with a separate toilet. It's worth mentioning that the flat was recently renovated to a high standard as landlord used to live here himself. He is very reliable and easy to get in touch with, takes care of any problems within 2-3 working days.

THE ROOM

It's a spacious room (approximately 3,5 x 3 m2) fully furnished with double bed, bed-side table, chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. It's got a big window which let in plenty of light, but it's also got a really good blinds in case you fancy a sleep in on Sat morning ;) it's got a lovely wooden floor + a new rug that makes it fill extra cozy.

ADDITIONAL COSTS:

Regular London practice: there is one month's deposit required of £820 + first month rent upfront. You will sign a contract directly with the landlord so there are no additional fees when signing the contract. Bills come to approximately 100 pounds a month inc. internet, gas, electricity, council tax.
