I’ve got a studio room to offer in a 3 story house with a roof terrace, garden, living room (with sofa and 60-inch TV!) , huge kitchen available from 27th September. It’s a 5 min walk to Elephant and Castle station and just a 20 min walk to Guy’s and Waterloo campus, 30 min walk to Bush House!

Rent is £210 pw not including bills and the room includes a induction hob, oven, fridge and sink. It also comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk and chairs, chest of drawers, a bedside table and now a new 3-door wardrobe. (Message me for a recent picture). There are 4 other flatmates, all KCL Medics.
