Hi,

I have a room to rent in my new-build house available 1st March. It’s a fully furnished double room with a shared bathroom and open-plan kitchen/living area. The room includes double bed, wardrobe, drawers and a small storage room. There is a garden at the rear and assigned parking out front. All bills included along with council tax, Netflix, Sky TV etc.

The house is about a 10 minute walk to the town centre but also very close to motorway links.

I’m a 25 year old accountant that spends my spare time playing tennis and at the gym. I am looking for a young professional to take the room. I also have two kittens.
