I have a furnished room available in a ground floor apartment block. There is a living room and open plan kitchen and a bathroom to share.

I am clean and tidy, and try keep things tidy in the week. I work full time but around the corner, I am sociable so out for dinner some evenings and other nights sat on the sofa drinking wine and watching Netflix. Happy to sit and chill with somebody in the evening as much as I am to sit in silence too!

I work from home occasionally and have a few weekends a year where I work away.

Looking for somebody clean, tidy, respectable of living in a shared space. It’s an apartment which has plenty of space for two people. Off road parking available. Close to the train station and motorway networks.
