The living area and kitchen are shared though our other tenant has her own small living room and private bathroom.

Virgin cable broadband and driveway parking is included.

My wife and I spend our time looking after our three friendly house cats and our marine aquarium. That and watching Netflix or Movies in the main livingroom.

We're looking for someone laid back, ideally a professional person, who likes cats and will keep them inside at all times (that's really our only concern/ask from our tenant - they can go out the back and sides to an enclosed garden but not out the front door).

No smokers, sorry.

Length of tenancy is negotiable, tenants looking for short term lets are welcome to enquire.
The house is in an excellent location for commuting to a number of places as it's less than 5 minutes to the motorway. Bromsgrove, Redditch, Kidderminster plus areas of Birmingham and Worcester and more all within driving distance.

We can do video tours of the rooms and house if you're interested and don't want to visit straight away.
