There is NO parking, and the road is "residential permit parking only". parking permit can be applied for with tenancy agreement, but no guarantee it would be approved, no bicycles please, room is upstairs.

We have 1 dogs, who is very well behaved, but has her own space, and does not go upstairs, if you do not like dogs / are afraid of dogs, this is not the room for you
