We have a big double room available for one person, female preferred. You will be living with a family of 3.
The room is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawer, tv, etc. The house has bathroom (shower/bath and toilet) and a separate toilet downstairs. Kitchen has lots of storage and is fully equipped including microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine/dryer, etc. The house is kept clean and tidy. Please note, we don't have a living room.
Tenant will have big spacious double room, separate cupboard in the bathroom, couple of empty cupboards in the kitchen and separate fridge.
House is just 10 min walk to Uxbridge town centre where is Uxbridge tube station and Uxbridge bus station. Hillingdon tube station is also only 10min walk.
Bus stop is 2 min away from the house.
U2 Uxbridge-Brunel University (Hillingdon Hospital). Its about 3-4min with the bus to Hillingdon or Uxbridge tube stations. On the same bus route there is loads of local shops and supermarkets. Nearest Sainsbury’s supermarket is only 10min away by walk or 3min by bus.
We are looking for person who would appreciate living in a tidy and clean house.
Double room for one person: £500 per month. That includes all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax), wireless broadband Internet. There are no other hidden charges.
