I'm located to the east side of High Wycombe in a modern ground floor apartment. The property offers Gas Central heating, generously sized living accommodation & Large modern contemporary lounge/dining/kitchen area. I have wi-Fi, ultra 4K Hd, Netflix, Amazon Prime & Alexa. 2 good size bedrooms, 1 of which is ensuite and a modern fitted bathroom. French doors leading out to a shared rear garden, I have my own private patio area seating & a bbq. The property provides access to local shops with a good bus link, with further amenities such as Wycombe Retail Park and High Wycombe town centre including a mainline train station, theatre, library, numerous restaurants and the Eden shopping and leisure precinct being found nearby.

I live on my own but do stay at my girlfriends throughout the week normally 2/3 nights. If interested can arrange a viewing.
