There is a utility room upstairs where you will have full use of a washing machine and dryer. There is a living area with a dining table and sofa, plus a TV with Netflix included. We supply all crockery and cooking equipment and the communal areas are cleaned fortnightly by Ox Living. There is also a lovely back garden and patio which you will have use of. Parking is available on the street.

THE BLUE BANANA 🛌
The room is located on the first floor and comes fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, desk and chair, a double wardrobe, lounge chair and a chest of drawers. This room also has a private en-suite bathroom. ALL bills included no hidden fees!

NO DEPOSIT OPTION 💰
We now offer a no deposit option, minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.
