Please note that in the New Year when the house has completed the renovation, the price of £275 per calendar month would be renegotiated. But with a months notice.

The train station is 7 mins walk and there's a Lidl, Tesco, Asda etc all a few mins away.

I am an easy going, sociable person with interests in the arts, music, psychology.... The house is vegetarian and as such I'd prefer a vegetarian or vegan.
