Availability for a second lodger in a 3 bedroom house in the new Kingsbrook development, quiet area with local shops a short walk away. Street or bay parking is available close to the home and has a lovely living room and garden too.

I am looking to rent a second room to a lodger which has a large double bed and a very spacious wall to wall wardrobe. The two lodgers benefit from a shared bathroom and use of the first floor (2 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom).

I work in London so am usually out of the house for half the week returning later in the evenings and working from home the rest of the time. I tend to keep busy but am social, so you’ll have plenty of space to yourself.

The room will suit a working professional or student who is looking for a tidy and peaceful place to live . If interested the tenancy ideally would start between 11th January and 1st Feburary but can work it out if it's needed earlier.
