This can now only be bookings for days left in August or from Dec 1st for shorter stays.

It is a large room (200 sq ft). There is a triple wardrobe, desk and chair, double bed, side table and lamp, chest of drawers and a tall box unit . The room also has a TV aerial point which shows terrestrial channels. We have supplied basic cooking utensils, saucepan, frying pan, crockery, cutlery, mugs & glasses in the room for use by the occupants.

On the basis it is a short term let via Air B & B we supply bedding and towels. There is the fee added from Air B & B shown on their site.

The house has the BT TV package and Infinity fast broadband on the guaranteed wi fi package with BT for each room.. The house also has two communal bathrooms and there is plenty of parking on the front double drive for many cars. The side turning also does not have yellow lines so good for visiting guests.

The house is well located to get to all areas as close to the M40 roundabout to London where it is just 5 minutes walk to the big Tescos. Just 2 junctions to exit 16 on M25 from M40 junction 1. There are bus stops outside going towards Beaconsfield in one direction 8 mins and High Wycombe 10 mins the other way.

The communal area is a spacious kitchen/diner/living room pull out table, many comfy sofas & BT TV package.. There is also a garden, outside table and chairs and side patio from kitchen.

There is a large American fridge/freezer and a normal size slimmer one . Plenty of cupboards for 6 tenants.
A big selling point is there are two washing machines so there is no fighting to get to use the laundry facilities. There is also a dryer for when the weather is not so good for drying washing outside.

The current housemates are aged 28 - 44 with 3 females and 2 males. It is a very peaceful household and everyone is very friendly in the house.
