The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, cupboards, table and chairs. Internet is provided and the lodger will share the kitchen and bathroom with myself.

This 1st floor apartment is located close to High Wycombe town center and walking distance to local supermarkets.

This apartment would best suit a single working male or female who is respectful, quiet, clean and tidy between the ages of 25 - 45. The room is not available to couples. No pets.

High Wycombe benefits from direct trains to central London, direct access to the M40 and is positioned close to the M25. The town also has a modern shopping center, cinema, pubs, restaurants etc.

There is ample on street parking available and there is a bus stop immediately outside the property. Wycombe central bus and train station are within walking distance too.
