The room is a double room with a lovely view over High Wycombe. It’s a medium sized 2 person flat with a shared bathroom, large kitchen/living space, a loft, balcony and storage cupboards.

The property is really nice, I’ve lived there for 8 months now and I’ve enjoyed it thoroughly! It’s not too far from the city centre and train station, about a 20 minute walk. The flat is on the 3rd floor (of 3) and has a decent balcony too.

I’m currently on my placement year working in High Wycombe for an audio company. My current flatmate has moved out and I need someone to live here until the end of my tenancy. (Ends 24th August) I know it's not the most ideal time frame, but if you're interested it would really help me out! :)

The furniture is available for use, bar the desk chair which has since broken!
