This is an excellent location as its on the same road as Buckinghamshire University and Wycombe Hospital - a short walk away. You can also get into Eden Town Centre within a 5-7 mins walk.

Double room:

Tenant will have access to their own private entrance which goes into the bedroom. This is great as it has a lot more privacy.

Tenant will also have access to a ground floor shared bathroom.

Single room:

This room is towards the back of the house, with a view of the garden area and access to a shared bathroom on first floor.

The property is very clean, new carpets and recently painted and decorated.

The kitchen and garden area shared with residents.

The living room is for my private use only, so it is not accessible to the tenants.

I am a working professional, a private and quiet person. I would like tenants who are respectful and appreciate privacy.
