We are four Brunel undergraduate students, looking for a fifth housemate to join us until the end of the academic year. We are a sociable house of three women and one man. We are preferably looking for a female Brunel student, aged 25 or under, but all inquiries are welcome.

We have a terraced house in a quiet neighbourhood, that has five bedrooms, two bathrooms, small living room, spacious kitchen (with lots of storage, modern appliances and a washer and dryer), and access to a paved garden.

The room that is up for rent is a double bed, with a large wardrobe and bedside table. But no desk or chair provided. The rent is £139 a week and £19.31 for unlimited water, gas, electricity, and fast fibre WiFi.

We are located about a 15 minutes walk from Brunel Campus and a 30 minute walk from Uxbridge town centre. Amenities nearby include corner shops, pubs, Starbucks, easy-access bus stops, and a car parking space that you are free to use if needed.
