We have a very comfortable and bright double loft room to let. The house is in Norton Road, ideally located for Brunel students, as the university is only 5 min walk. The room is very bright and airy and is well insulated.
There are 2 shared bathrooms in the house and use/share of lounge, kitchen (incl all pots and pans), garden and parking. There is a garage with space for a bike if you have one.
Washing machine, dryer and broadband.
We are a friendly family with two young children, my husband and I both work full time, so the house is very quite during the day.

All bills and wifi included.
Linen and towels also provided.

As this is a family home, no visitors/guests allowed, you can socialise on campus.

Short lets only until June maximum, or 2-3 months considered.

This is ideal if you are a Brunel student or a professional in need of short let.
