Hi,

We have a lovely room with lots of natural light in a 3 bed flat, in Camberwell. There's a big open plan living room and kitchen. There's also a big balcony with a table and chairs. It's less than five minutes walk to Burgess Park if you're wanting to go for a run or see some trees.

It's well-located, mid-way between Brixton and Peckham and 10 minutes by bus to Elephant & Castle for the Northern line, or 15 to Vauxhall for the Victoria line.

Almaz is from the US and studying environmental policy. Ilaria is working at Kings studying Psychology. It would be nice to find someone with similar interests, quite easy going and open-minded either for three months or an open contract.

We try and keep the flat relatively clean and zen (ish).
