I own a lovely 2 bed garden flat in Denmark Hill which is a 2 mins walk from the popular Ruskin Park, 5 mins from Loughborough Junction station, 8 mins from Denmark Hill station and 15 mins from Brixton underground.

With it's own private entrance through a pretty courtyard garden there is ample safe storage for bikes. There is a large lounge, modern kitchen, two good sized double bedrooms and lots of natural light.

I'm looking for someone to take the spare room from 14th July for at least 3 months.

The flat is very homely and I keep it tidy so that it's a great space to come back to after work and at the weekends. We have a cleaner that comes once a week and that's included in the price.

The room is currently being redecorated, so will update the photos once finished (end June) but hopefully you can get an idea of size and how light it is from the photos!

A bit about me:
- I'm 30 and run a small software start-up which keeps me pretty busy Mon - Fri, and then usually out and about on the weekends.
- I work in the office 5 days a week and WFH very occasionally (1/2 times a month).
- I'm very tidy / respectful so looking for someone who is also tidy and respectful.
- I have a good social life and am pretty independent but also open to hanging out / chilling / watching some together in the evenings too when we're both in.
- I enjoy a night out and drink, but I'm not out every weekend so if you're a massive partier then we might not be the best fit!
- Into exercise and the outdoors so up for the occasional park workout too - but not a requirement though haha!

Happy for someone to work from home a few days a week, but would prefer their home office set-up to be in the room (there's space) so the living area doesn't become an office!

It is fully furnished and has a patio decking area which is great for summer bbqs.
