Living space is open plan, with a large living, kitchen and dining area with clear views of the Park. Floor-to-ceiling windows face south bringing lots of natural light all day in all weathers. The bedroom is accessed via a sliding partition door and has private access to the south-facing balcony. The room will be furnished with a comfortable double futon, shelving and hanging rail. There is a modern bathroom with large shower, and a separate toilet.

I have owned the apartment since it was designed and built by Emulsion Architects in 2017, and keep the place to a high standard. I live between here and another home, and travel quite regularly. I work as a freelance Organisational Psychologist and Yoga teacher, am easy going, and love experiencing all that London has to offer.

The nearest tube & train station is Elephant and Castle, easily reached by bus along the Old Kent Road, and from here the west end can be reached in 15 minutes. A good number of buses run very regularly into central London. London Bridge is also a 25 minute walk and the apartment is located next to a TFL Cycle Superhighway.

In the immediate area are some great cafes, a good pub and an independent wine bar. Popular Bermondsey Street, is within walking distance and has developed a reputation for some excellent restaurants and pubs. Peckham and Camberwell, immediately to the south, have become increasingly popular destinations for food and drink. Nearby galleries include White Cube on Bermondsey Street and the South London Gallery in Camberwell.
