Looking for a very clean and tidy, pet lover - I have 2 very friendly cats.
There's a shared bathroom with a big bath and a separate walk-in shower.
The courtyard is secluded and has table and chairs and a gas bbq.
The house is set back from the main road, but has great access to public transport just a few steps away and free parking across the road.
I'm pretty quiet, an active runner, but like a pint or two.
I work away occasionally, so in exchange for loving pet-care/attention, you'd have the house to yourself sometimes.
(I usually have Masters students annually, if not a student, I may need to increase the rent a little for Council Tax differences)
