Double bedroom in the flat will be available around 20th feb 2019. No pictures as of yet as waiting for the old housemate to move out. It’s a double bedroom, room for a double bed, desk, tv etc etc. It’s in millennium apartments on the outskirts of penryn. Easy to get on the road to work or uni, avoiding penryn town centre traffic. There is off road parking for you. The complex is a gated community, nice, quiet and very professional. The rent will include all the bills, including super fast 48meg broadband.
The room isn’t furnished but the rest of the flat is, with my own furniture and all kitchen ware.
Ideally someone who is sound, positive minded, likes to go outside, maybe a mountain biker ( as we all seem to be legends ), movie buff, Netflix lover and maybe a gamer ?!?!?

Housemate rules apply: don’t steel each other’s food, toothpaste, shampoo etc.
break stuff and the ‘breaker’ pays for a replacement.
Scintillating chat is preferable.
I’m not a perfect man but I respect others space, feelings and beliefs. I’m a well trained housemate, I clean, I don’t poo in a litter tray and I love to cook!
