If you are female, a non-smoker/vaper, and someone who prefers the quiet life rather than partying all the time then this could be the place for you!

I am looking for a second female lodger to use the single spare room in my house. As the house is just across the road from the Penryn Campus, a student would be ideal however happy to consider professionals too.

The Lodger would have her own bedroom and share the bathroom with another female lodger. Other shared areas are the lounge, garden and kitchen, which has an oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board, microwave, dishwasher and utensils. The house also has fast broadband. There is no television but I do have a TV licence so you can watch programmes on devices. Current Gas and Electricity safety certificates are also held. The Lodger would be expected to clear up after herself, helping to keep the place looking clean and tidy. The house was built in 2015 and still has a new feel to it.

Off street parking is available at extra cost. £15 pcm.

You will be living with me, a friendly part time teacher nearing retirement, who enjoys exploring Cornwall, wave watching, meeting friends, music and going to the Theatre/film club - when they are running. Also living with me is a 25 year old female lodger who works in the local area. She has her own room.
