Lovely, clean double furnished room in a family home. one female adults, therefore would only want a female tenant. One cat already lives here, so sorry no pets. All bills included, including broadband, There is no tv in the room but welcome to bring one. Parking available. House is close to the university in Penryn walking distance, and there is train station for easy commute to Truro and Falmouth also walking distance. Would accept Monday-Friday let or term time only for the university but would prefer a mature student. Shared kitchen and use of garden. Please contact as a great room. Also I would like a months notice before you leave the property please.. includes breakfast cereal or toast , Tea and coffee through out the day, room available from May 3rd
