Hello- I will shortly have this lovely room to let, positioned at the top of my house, the view from the window looks out across gardens towards woodland and the hills beyond. It is a peaceful space ideal for study and quiet.

The room is spacious with ample storage space; there is a small adjoining dressing area that includes 2 chest of drawers and a hanging rail.
The main room is large, simply furnished in a contemporary style that includes a double bed, large desk, chairs and a book case. The room has its own staircase and landing area from the first floor.

The kitchen is large and includes a dining area with chairs and bench to sit and enjoy your meal or relax. From this area is a small outside walled area ideal to sit in warm sunshine.
The house although hundreds of years old is stylishly decorated with a retro look throughout.

It is a relaxing and welcoming environment and one where respect and consideration for others is valued.
It would best suit a student or professional persons, I do not accept people who are unemployed.
I am a potter and have a workshop within the house.

Penryn is a wonderful place to live, walking distance of the college and beautiful estuary or countryside. A lively town with places to shop, drink coffee, meet with others. Close to Jubilee Wharf for yoga, live music and all manner of great happenings; there is lots going on just a walk away and Falmouth is close by; by foot train or bus.
I am happy to consider shorter term rental.
