Our double room is furnished and we have a shared bathroom and a shared kitchen. A shared communal living room is available from 5pm (it's used as our office in the daytime when we are working from home).

The house is in a quiet area of Penryn, 5 minutes walk from the University, 15 minutes walk to/from the station and 10 minutes drive to Falmouth. There is a bus stop at the end of the road which goes to Falmouth/Truro/Redruth and Penzance. Wifi is included in the rent as well as all bills.

Myself and Dan are the permanent residents. We are tidy, relaxed people who work from home a lot of the time and enjoy spending the evening watching a good film/tv series/cartoon. We also have a big fluffy ginger cat called Marm.

The room is ideal for a mature student or professional. We're looking for a friendly, tidy and relaxed person to share our house :)

Additional info:
-Myself and Dan are vegetarian
-We are looking for a female housemate on this occasion as we prefer our house to have a majority female balance.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
The room is for one person only, we cannot accommodate pets, partners or children.
The room is actually available from 26th September but it isn't displaying as such (not sure why!)

We have a cat and are looking for somebody who doesn't mind looking after him when we are away (he is very low maintenance)
