The location is great for commuting to Granta Park, The Sanger Institute, Addenbrooke’s, and Babraham. Busses to Cambridge run every 20 minutes (45min journey), driving to town takes 25-30 minutes. Free on-street parking is available nearby.

The available room is a good size for one person (3m x 3m), and is on the rear of the house overlooking the back garden. It comes furnished with a standard double bed and mattress, wardrobe and a bookcase. All bills and council tax are included in the monthly rent.

Short-term lets will be considered but longer is always preferable. We're basically looking for another easygoing, considerate, professional bloke working standard, sociable hours.
