We have a large room available in a friendly and welcoming 4 person professional house share located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Cherry Hinton area of Cambridge CB1.

The house comprises of a separate kitchen, lounge, bathroom, toilet, conservatory, cycle shed and garden.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed.

Location:
The house is located in Cherry Hinton, which has great transport links, such as the number 1 & 3 buses, which take you to Addenbrooke's Hospital and the centre of town. There is also unrestricted parking down cul-de-sac if you have a car. There is a local mini supermarket 3 mins walk away and a Tesco Express & Superstore 12 & 16 mins walk away.

A bit about us:
I am a trainee accountant, Sophia works as a therapist and Richard works in IT support.
We are all very friendly and welcoming people who enjoy each others' company as well as our own time and often do activities together. We are looking for a tidy housemate who would ideally like to get involved in house activities. I am the owner of the house but, apart from the house feeling more homely, I would like the place to feel like a regular shared house.
