We are 2 females looking for someone to rent the third room in the house as our housemate is moving out. We are both busy professionals, so the house is quite chill, but we do make an effort to make it homey!
Our landlord lives abroad, but the agent is very helpful and prompt if there are any problems, and mostly just leaves us to it.
The property itself is part of a Victorian terrace, with a shared living-dining room, kitchen and bathroom downstairs, and three double bedrooms upstairs. There is also a garden (complete with next-door-neighbours' cats)! The rent is £385 per month, and bills usually come in about £150 per month. The minimum term of our contract is 6 months.
It's in a great position - about a 20 minute cycle to the city centre, and 10 minutes to Addenbrookes and the station. There are a couple of supermarkets within walking distance. There is on-street parking.

We're looking for someone friendly, who enjoys a glass of wine and a film after a long day. Green thumbs are a plus as we're going through a bit of a plant hoarding phase!
