We are a professional couple in our 50s (academic and health professional)with an empty nest. We have a double room to let in our Edwardian semi- detached house.
We are in the Queen Ediths area and are convenient for Addenbrokes, the Biomedical Campus and the City Centre. We are on a quiet leafy street and there is free street parking available.
The room looks out onto a lovely garden. The room is currently used as a study (as seen in the photos). We have plenty of furniture to suit your needs which you can see on viewing. There is a small sink in the room.
We have a large well equipped kitchen diner that leads directly into the garden.
There is one shared bathroom and a second toilet downstairs.
There is a washing machine, tumble drier and washing line in the garden
There is a living room with TV and record player.
