The two floor house is comprised of a big living-dining room area, 1 kitchen facing the garden, 1 bathroom with tub, 2 bedrooms, 1 attic and a large garden.
Very close to mill Road and the Grafton Centre. The neighgbourhood is residential and very quiet but has great pubs at a walking distance. Beehive centre is at a 5 min walk.
There is one single bedroom available. It faces the rear garden, has great light and two wardrobes. I offer it unfurnished but that is negotiable.
The house would be shared with 1 person (me :)). I work in research at the Uni of Cambridge and will start a PhD at the end of this year. I would love to share with someone who is respectful and open minded. I am very independent but definitely enjoy spending some fun time in good company.
Btw, I got the piano as a present (long story) but it is not even tuned for now and I haven't played for years, so don't worry about me performing long (annoying) music sessions in the house :)
