A first floor double room is available from Sat 3 Sept 2022 for a non-smoking professional female. The room is fully furnished with double divan bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk. The rent of £670/mth includes all bills, (Internet, gas & elec, Council tax) and use of the lounge kitchen, and a bathroom on each floor.
On-street parking is available and if you have a bike there is easy side-access from the street to the garden.
NB. While this is still our main family house, we are temporarily renting another property nearer our son's school so the family typically only spend 1 night per week in this house, but another female tenant lives there full-time, so you will have some company.
NB. The room is only offered for 1 month at a time...as we will shortly be returning to live in the house full-time and will need all the house to ourselves..
