One room is available in a three-storey house in Cottenham CB24, which is quite a large village, six miles north of Cambridge. You will be joining two other female housemates.

Rooms 1 and 3 are now taken.

Room 2 will be available from the 30th May 2025.

The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, so I am looking for a quiet, respectful tenant to join a peaceful house.

The three rooms are as follows:

Room 1. Situated on the 2nd floor. 10 ft x 10 ft plus a 5 ft x 7 ft en-suite with a shower and toilet.

Room 2. Situated on the 2nd floor. 12 ft x 10.5 ft – no en-suite but very close to the bathroom, which you have sole use of for 10 months of the year. It is shared with another female housemate for two months of the year. (July and August)

Room 3. Situated on the ground floor. 15 ft x 12 ft (It’s big!) No en-suite, close to the downstairs toilet and kitchen.

The kitchen is new and equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, twin oven – everything you’d expect.

Room 1. £500 per month.
Room 2. £460 per month.
Room 3. £460 per month.

For all rooms there is an extra £15 charge if you are eligible to pay council tax.

Gas and electricity are not included, everything else is. I would expect that to be an additional £35.00 per month during the Summer, £50.00 per month during the Winter, but depends on usage, and fluctuating energy costs of course.

Please note: as mentioned above, all other housemates are female.
