About myself - I'm a 27 y/o researcher currently based at the Cambridge Biomedical Campus where Addenbrooke's is located. I will be in the laboratory everyday from Monday to Friday from 9am-8pm usually, and would spend some weekends in my lab as well. I am extremely sociable, and always end up having a strong connection with whoever I have shared a property with. I expect things to be tidy (not overly tidy) and not messy, especially in the kitchen/living room area.

I am looking for any individual who is tidy and respectful, and I wouldn't mind any ages, students and professionals, as well as couples who are keen on this property. I am also open to the idea of bringing family/friends over occasionally as the flat should be treated like a home after all without having the need to lay down strict house rules.

Second tenant details - The other tenant of my flat is an Italian girl who is 23 y/o and is based at the Department of Engineering from Monday to Friday. She is very sociable, clean, and considerate, giving no issues whatsoever. She tends to be in London on most weekends as well.
