The room is in an annex building with a washing machine at the entrance whose use is shared with the tenant in the other room in the annex. The fridge/freezer is shared and situated in an adjacent building. The room is accessible by a separate side gate. We have no pets, and are non smokers. We are looking for someone who is clean and appreciates a quiet environment.

Our house in Cherry Hinton CB1 is close to Fulbourn Road where a number of companies including ARM have their base, and is accessible by bicycle or direct bus to Addenbrooke's hospital, Cambridge city centre and the railway station. We are 2 minutes walk away from Cherry Hinton High Street where there is a Tesco Express and takeaways.
